Why Weight? is a 10- to 12-week fitness program that will help you shed unwanted pounds!  
For 10- to 12-weeks you will exercise regularly, making consistent improvements to your
physical fitness, and will use food journaling with a weekly review to improve your healthy
eating habits.  The result will be a thinner, fitter, and healthier you!

How much weight can I expect to lose?

Your specific weight loss will be determined by the number of days per week you participate
in boot camp and the number of calories that you eat each day.  If you commit to a 5-day-per-
week Adventure Boot Camp program and curb your calorie intake, you can expect to:
  • Lose 10-25 pounds that will not come back
  • Lose 3-6 inches of fat off your body
  • Reduce body fat by 5-10%
  • Increase strength
  • Increase endurance
  • Drastically improve self-esteem

How often will we meet?

Participants will meet every Monday through Friday at 5:30am for one hour during a three- or
four-week session for 3 consecutive sessions. There is a one or two week break between
sessions.  The next Why Weight? program is 10 weeks long, and will begin with our Spring
II camp on April 9, 2012.  Can't wait until then?  To get started with a healthy lifestyle right
away, begin with a Single Camp membership while waiting.

Since the Winter II to Spring III Why Weight? session is 10-weeks, the cost, depending on
