What is the Triangle Adventure Boot Camp for Women?

A four-week outdoor program of fitness instruction and motivational training. You will be
inspired and have fun while participating in a fantastic workout led by Certified Adventure
Fitness Trainer, Jennifer Shevach.

Where do we meet?

Triangle Adventure Boot Camp's N Raleigh location meets at Baileywick park in North
Raleigh for the Spring, Summer, and Fall sessions.  It is located on Baileywick Rd, between
Six Forks and Creedmoor Rd.

Our Cary location meets year round at Kildaire Farms Racquet & Swim Club, located just off
Cary Parkway near the intersection with Kildaire Farms Rd.

For the winter sessions, the N Raleigh location meets at Ravenscroft School's A.E. Finley
Athletic Center in North Raleigh.  It is located at 7409 Falls of Neuse Road, just south of
Strickland Rd.

How often will we meet?
Participants will meet every Monday through Friday for one hour during the four-week
program (20 sessions). All participants will be expected to arrive on time. Camp starts at
5:30 AM.

When does the next Adventure Boot Camp Start?
New camps begin each month. See our annual calendar to register for the next camp.

Can I register for a camp that has already started?

Yes!  Your payment will be prorated to include only those remaining sessions.

There are 4 Triangle Adventure Boot Camp Memberships to choose from:

  • Single Camp - Sign up for just 4 weeks of daily fitness and fun!  It is a short-term
    commitment to re-energize your enthusiasm for fitness and health.

  • Monthly Membership - This program allows you to budget for your boot camp
    program monthly, rather than per camp.  You are re-registered each camp for one
    calendar year.  Over time, the cost is discounted so that you receive approximately
    one free day per camp.

  • Platinum Membership - A one-year commitment made and paid for in advance, for
    those campers who want the best of training and conditioning and is dedicated to
    finishing the year looking and feeling fantastic!  This camp is 25% off as a reward to
    your one year commitment.

  • 12-week "Why Weight" Program - 3 consecutive boot camps to receive the most
    dramatic results at a 10% discount.  The next Why Weight? program begins
    September 13, 2010.  See the "Why Weight" Program page for more details.  To get
    started right away, join as a single camp member (see above).

Other options:
The Adventure Boot Camp program is designed to be done 5 days per week, however there
is a 4 day a week option as well as a 3 day a week option. The 5 day program includes all
20 sessions and is the best way to jump start your fitness and see dramatic improvements.
The 4 day a week program also produces significant physical changes.  The 3 day per week
program is also beneficial and is especially good for those who are working with injuries or
who compliment boot camp with other activities.

What is the cost (investment in myself)?
Each four-week boot camp has a registration fee of $299. That covers twenty hours of
instruction, plus the before and after assessment, and free t-shirt! It averages out to just
$14.95 per hour.













What do I need to bring?

An exercise mat, small hand weights (5-8 lbs.), water bottle, running shoes, and a sense of
adventure. You can purchase hand weights at any fitness retailers in the area including
Target, Costco or Walmart.

What can I achieve from camp?
Your body will become more fit and toned, and you will gain more confidence making a
dramatic improvement in your physical well-being. The camp program includes exercises
designed to firm your butt and thighs, flatten your stomach, reduce body fat and increase
stamina. By losing fat and gaining muscle, you'll lose inches and gain strength while
looking and feeling better. Also, you'll meet great people who share in the same vision of
striving to reach their goals for a healthier mind and body. You will gain valuable incite
regarding how to make exercise, healthful eating and well being a permanent and enjoyable
part of your life.

What if I'm not very physically fit?

NOBODY will be left behind or asked to complete more than they are capable of safely
doing. Nor will anybody go home unchallenged! Women of all ages and abilities are
welcome to participate. Each day will slightly increase in intensity. You will inspire and be
inspired by others.
