Cary, NC (PRWEB) January 06, 2012
Triangle Adventure Boot Camp, the greater Raleigh area installment of the largest fitness boot camp system in the world, will re-
open its Cary location on January 9, 2012. Cary is the second Wake County location for the women’s-only outdoor fitness program,
with the original location in North Raleigh continuing to bring fitness to the women in that area. The Cary location was originally
opened in April 2010 and was temporarily closed less than a year ago. Undeterred by the site’s closure, Jennifer Shevach, Triangle
Adventure Boot Camp’s director and primary instructor, worked diligently to re-open the site and is now excited to do so with a new
home and a new instructor.
“It was never a problem of interest in the Cary location. It was just a matter of finding the right place and the right instructor to meet
the needs of the women in Cary, and I am thrilled that I have finally been able to do that,” says Shevach. “We can’t wait to once again
be able to help more women achieve their fitness goals.” Shevach attributes the success of Triangle Adventure Boot Camp to the
uniqueness of the program and the support and motivation of the other campers in the class. “This program is for women of all
sizes, ages, and fitness levels. No one gets left behind, and everyone offers motivation and encouragement,” Shevach says.
The Cary and North Raleigh classes will both be held Monday through Friday mornings from 5:30-6:30am, and Triangle Adventure
Boot Camp welcomes Sandra Holland to the coaching team, where she joins Shevach and assistant trainer Kristie Ellison. Shevach
will continue to lead the North Raleigh site, and Holland will be the primary instructor for the Cary site, while Ellison will move
between both sites. “Originally from Ireland, Sandra brings over 10 years of fitness experience and an education in Exercise, Fitness,
and Health to the team, as well as a positive attitude and a lot of energy! We are excited to see how far she will take the Cary site!”
says Shevach. Ellison is also looking forward to the changes. “I am really eager to work with Sandra and all of the enthusiastic
women of Cary,” she says.
The new Cary location of Triangle Adventure Boot Camp will be at Premier School of Dance, 305-H Ashville Avenue, Cary, NC 27518.
It is centrally located off Tryon Rd and only a mile from US-1. Shevach believes the convenience and large indoor space make it a
great location. “Our new location is easy to get to and offers plenty of room inside for Cary women to work hard. Being able to go
inside is especially important during the cold winter months,” she says.
Triangle Adventure Boot Camp fuses personal training with group exercise in a safe, supportive, and fun environment. Women from
all over the Triangle engage each morning in a variety of activities designed to improve their level of physical fitness and boost their
self-confidence. Triangle Adventure Boot Camp offers weight loss and strength gains to women of all fitness levels. Each 4-week
camp consists of obstacle courses, cardio intervals, weight training, and core strengthening exercises, developed to maximize
fitness gains in just one hour per day.
While there are over 250 Adventure Boot Camp locations worldwide, Triangle Adventure Boot Camp is the only one of its kind in the
greater Raleigh area. This re-opening in Cary once again solidifies TABC as a key player in the women’s fitness arena.
