quickly found that she loved focusing not only on her own results,
but also helping others achieve their fitness goals.  Then in 2005,
Jennifer finally made fitness more than just a personal hobby by
teaching group exercise at
Ladies Fitness and Wellness in N
Raleigh.

Sandra Holland
Sandra is the coach for the Cary location. Sandra has been involved
in the Health and Fitness industry for over 10 years
, and is a NESTA
certified Adventure Boot Camp instructor
.  Master Cho's in Verona,
NJ, is where it all started.  Grand Master Taek Sung Cho's teaching
style and techniques transformed Sandra into a living, breathing,
well -oiled fitness machine.

Sandra holds a diploma in Exercise, Fitness and Health from
University of Limerick, Ireland.  Some of the areas she trains in are:
kickboxing, circuit training, body conditioning, and fitness analysis.
Ireland is her home and where she began her own business of
group circuit training in various community centers.  It was a huge
success and since moving back to the
states, Sandra has found herself longing to get back int what she is
most passionate about - helping others push themselves to be the
best in everything they do.
Kristie Ellison
Kristie Ellison is the assistant trainer for the N Raleigh location of
Triangle Adventure Boot Camp.  Kristie is an AFAA certified Personal
Fitness Trainer and, prior to becoming a trainer herself, was a
camper at Triangle Adventure Boot Camp as well as an Adventure
Boot Camp in Phoenix, Arizona, starting in February 2008.  She has
completed regular AFAA-approved continuing education courses and
is currently working on additional certifications.

Like many women today, Kristie has struggled with her weight for
many years and turned to exercise to help her achieve her weight loss
goals. In addition to Triangle Adventure Boot Camp, Kristie is also an
avid runner and has completed numerous 5k races, two 8k races,
and a half marathon.  She continues to train for additional races,
including another half marathon, and hopes to run a full marathon
one day.  While she hasn’t reached her final weight goal yet, she
continues to make forward progress and enjoys all of the benefits of
regular exercise.
Becky Chapman
Becky joined the TABC team as Administrative Assistant in November
2011.  She started as a camper in January 2011, and quickly began to
loose weight and improver her health.  After rediscovering her love for
running, she ran her first ½ marathon in November.  Becky is still a
“camper” and enjoys the diversity of workouts that Jennifer creates.

Becky has a Master’s degree in Rehabilitation Psychology and
Counseling, and worked in that capacity for several years.  After
having her own children, Becky discovered her passion to assist
pregnant women during childbirth; she has worked as a certified birth
doula since 2006.  Whether loosing weight, or giving birth, Becky has
realized that the mental preparation is just as important as the
physical effort.

Besides running and attending TABC, Becky enjoys spending time
with her family and volunteering at her daughters’ school.  Becky lives
with her husband and three young daughters in N. Raleigh.
In addition to her responsibilities to Triangle Adventure Boot Camp and its campers, Jennifer
volunteers at the schools of her two young daughters, and continues to make fitness a top priority
for herself.  She resides in N Raleigh with her husband and daughters.
That tenacious appetite to help others was spawned from Sandra's close knit family circle in rural
Ireland.  Many of her younger years were spent playing a Gaelic sport called Camogie, very like
field hockey.  Sandra started playing again in her early thirties and was an assistant coach for her
team. Her husband, three children and she love this area of North Carolina and she hopes to
make a difference in the ever changing fitness industry. Sandra's standard for fitness is
increasingly high and she wants to project that passion onto each individual she works with in
this community.
In addition to her responsibilities to Triangle Adventure Boot Camp and its campers, Kristie is a
student at North Carolina State University, where she is majoring in creative writing.  You can check
out her blog Chronicles of an Inner Skinny Girl (

follow her on Twitter (@InnerSkinnyGrl).  She resides in N Raleigh with her two dogs, Yeti and Foxie.
