What is the sign-up process?

Go to the Registration Page and fill out the form. After filling out the registration form, please
follow the payment instructions - we accept payment online via pay pal or a check by mail.
Once we've received your registration information, we'll contact you to schedule your pre-
camp evaluation.

What do I need to bring?

An exercise mat, small hand weights (5-8 lbs.), water bottle, running shoes, and a sense of
adventure. You can purchase hand weights at any fitness retailers in the area including
Target, Costco or Walmart.

What is the cost (investment in my health and fitness)?

There are 4 Triangle Adventure Boot Camp Memberships to choose from:

  • Single Camp - Sign up for just 4 weeks of daily fitness and fun!  It is a short-term
    commitment to re-energize your enthusiasm for fitness and health.

  • Monthly Membership - This program allows you to budget for your boot camp program
    monthly, rather than per camp.  You are re-registered each camp for one calendar
    year.  Over time, the cost is discounted so that you receive approximately one free day
    per camp.

  • Platinum Membership - A one-year commitment made and paid for in advance, for
    those campers who want the best of training and conditioning and is dedicated to
    finishing the year looking and feeling fantastic!  This camp is 25% off as a reward to
    your one year commitment.

  • 12-week "Why Weight" Program - 3 consecutive boot camps to receive the most
    dramatic results at a 10% discount.  The next Why Weight? program begins April 9,
    2012.  See the "Why Weight" Program page for more details.  Can't wait until then?  To
    get started right away, join as a single camp member (see above) while waiting!

Other options:

The Adventure Boot Camp program is designed to be done 5 days per week, however there
is a 4 day a week option as well as a 3 day a week option. The 5 day program includes all 20
sessions and is the best way to jump start your fitness and see dramatic improvements. The
4 day a week program also produces significant physical changes.  The 3 day per week
program is also beneficial and is especially good for those who are working with injuries or
who compliment boot camp with other activities.














Can I register for a camp that has already started?

Yes!  Your payment will be prorated to include only those remaining sessions.

What if I sign up for the three day plan and then want to do more days of the camp?

After starting camp, many women realize how fun and convenient it is so they request to sign
up for more days. In addition, they realize that the more days they attend camp the greater the
results. In these situations, you will simply be pro-rated from the point you decide to join us
for more days.

Is the 3 days per week option a flexible program?

Yes!  Signing up for the 3 days per week option simply means that you have paid for 12
sessions of camp.  You may attend those 12 sessions on whichever days fit into your
schedule.  It does not have to be the same days or even the same number of days each
week, nor do you have to notify the instructor in advance.  It is the most flexible way to enjoy
this fitness adventure!

Is there a refund policy?

If you are unable to attend camp due to circumstances out of your control, we can offer you a
refund if you notify us prior to your session start date. If we are notified after your session
begins, we can only give you a credit towards another boot camp. This credit is
nontransferable. There is no cash refund.

Is there a discount if I want to do more than one camp?

Triangle Adventure Boot Camp offers discounts for multiple camps via the Why Weight?,
Monthly, and Platinum memberships.  See the
