Begin today with a 13-week fitness and nutrition program that will help you shed unwanted
pounds BEFORE the holidays even get started!  For 13-weeks you will exercise regularly,
making consistent improvements to your physical fitness, and will use food journaling with a
weekly review to improve your healthy eating habits.  The result will be a thinner, fitter, and

How much weight can I expect to lose?

Your specific weight loss will be determined by the number of days per week you participate
in boot camp and the number of calories that you eat each day.  If you commit to a 5-day-per-
week Adventure Boot Camp program and eat 500-1000 calories less than your
maintenance amount, you can expect to:
  • Lose 13-26 pounds that will not come back
  • Lose 3-6 inches of fat off your body
  • Reduce body fat by 5-10%
  • Increase strength
  • Increase endurance
  • Drastically improve self-esteem

What is included in the 13-week "Why Weight?" program?

As a member of the program, you will receive:

How often will we meet?

Participants will meet every Monday through Friday for one hour during a four-week program
(20 sessions). Camp starts at 5:30 AM.  There is a one-week break between sessions, plus
a two-week Thanksgiving holiday fat-blaster!  The calendar is as follows:
  • Fall I: 9/8/09-10/2/09
  • BREAK: 10/5/09-10/9/09
  • Fall II: 10/12/09-11/6/09
  • Thanksgiving fat blaster: 11/9/09-11/20/09
  • BREAK: 11/23/09-11/27/09
  • Winter I: 11/30/09-12/18/09 (**3 week camp, indoors)
